Membership Form
The CGSC is required by the Alberta Societies Act to collect information from our members. This data will never be sold, given away, or used for any purpose other than our own records. Please fill a separate form out for each membership you purchase.
After filling out this form, you will be redirected to PayPal to purchase your membership. Membership includes tickets to our entire 2024/25 Season! Your PayPal receipt will be your proof of membership, and you will be able to check in at each of our concerts by giving your name to the person at the ticket table.
